How do I book?
The easiest way to book is online via the website, but if you are experiencing difficulty please message us, we are happy to help.
How do I pay?
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
We will invoice you for this via email as it becomes due.
Payments can be made online via paypal, either using a paypal account or a credit/debit card using the link on your invoice.
We can’t take payment over the telephone.
Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
What other charges are there?
No other charges, although we do have optional extras to make your stay even more special..these can be seen on the add ons when making a booking.
What are the arrival and departure times?
The general arrival time is 4pm (You may arrive at 2pm for £15)
The general departure time is 10am (You may depart at 11:30am for £15)
Can I stay for just one night?
Our minimum stay is 2 nights throughout peak seasons (May - September). Out of peak season it is a 2 night minimum (October - April).One night breaks are offered subject to availability on a last minute basis throughout peak season or at weekends- if so they will be posted on our special offers page and facebook, and enabled for on-line booking.
Are the suits well equipped?
The suits have all kitchen utensils you will need. There is an oven / hob and microwave. Iron and ironing board can be borrowed from reception. All have a dining area, and smart TV in the living area. There will be some washing up liquid, dish cloth, tea towel, bin bag, and a toilet roll in your lodge to get you started, but the lodges are self catering so do bring your own consumables!
What should I bring with me?
You may consider a hairdryer. Towels are not provided.
You may consider flip flops for getting to and from the hot tubs.
Do all of the suits have hot tubs?
Yes
Are children welcome?
Children of all ages are very welcome. (Child age includes anyone under the age of 18)
Can I bring my dog / cat?
We can allow 1 small/medium dog into some lodges. £25 charge per dog.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unfortunate enough to have to cancel your booking and there is:
More than 14 days till arrival date, we will issue a refund minus the value of the deposit (30%). Alternatively monies paid can be used as a credit against a holiday any time in the following 12 months or can be transferred by the customer to benefit someone else.
Between 14 days and 48hrs until arrival date, no refund will be made however monies paid can be used as a credit against a holiday any time in the following 12 months or can be transferred by the customer to benefit someone else.
Less than 48 hours until arrival date, no refund will be made and dates are non transferable, however the customer may transfer the booking to another party.
We advise you to consider taking out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation.

If on arrival you are not happy to stay with us, we will refund your money... but with lovely lodges, outdoor hot tubs, parking at your door, beautiful grounds and friendly staff on hand to help, what's not to love?!
